Overview
As a UI/UX Designer at Azad, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that elevate our clients’ brands and drive engagement. This role is perfect for a creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills who can translate user needs into seamless and visually appealing interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
- Conduct user research to understand target audiences, behaviors, and pain points, and incorporate insights into design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and creative teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Create high-quality visual designs, including layouts, color schemes, typography, and graphics, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experiences.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance across devices and platforms.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and informationarchitecture.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectivelycollaborate with developers.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functionalteams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design.
