Brand Manager


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Brand Manager to join our agency team. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our agency and our clients, ensuring that the brands we manage receive top-notch strategic guidance and consistent support across all stages of development—from market entry to campaign execution. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Sales, Creative, Performance, Web Development, Customer Support, Moderation, and outsourced creatives, to deliver effective, data-driven brand strategies that meet or exceed our clients’ objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Onboarding & Situational Analysis

    • Align with the Sales team to receive brand/account briefs and gain an initial understanding of each client’s objectives.
    • Perform in-depth market, industry, and e-commerce metrics analysis to assess the brand’s current position.
    • Collaborate with Performance teams to generate comprehensive situational analysis reports, integrating key insights and data points.

    Market Research & Brand Briefing

      • Conduct thorough competitor, consumer, product, and marketing mix research to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
      • Summarize findings into a holistic brand brief, clearly outlining strategic recommendations and action points.
      • Work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Performance, Moderation, etc.) to ensure research findings are effectively integrated into brand strategies.

      Campaign Strategy & Execution

        • Develop campaign briefs aligned with brand objectives, ensuring creative concepts, marketing channels, and KPIs are clearly defined.
        • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Creative, Performance, etc.) to oversee campaign execution and deliver the desired outcomes.
        • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations for future initiatives.

        Client Relationship Management

          • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
          • Provide timely updates on project progress, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
          • Represent the agency’s interests and expertise, while also advocating for client objectives and brand integrity.

          Brand Documentation & Support

            • Create and maintain organized documentation for all brand-related activities, briefs, research, and performance reports.
            • Develop FAQ sheets and other brand support documents to assist internal teams and clients in understanding brand guidelines and messaging.
            • Ensure brand standards are upheld across all touchpoints, both internally and externally.

            Cross-Functional Collaboration

              • Work in tandem with Moderation teams to develop brand FAQ sheets and maintain cohesive brand messaging.
              • Partner with Creative teams to translate insights and briefs into compelling visual and written content.
              • Coordinate with Performance teams to track KPIs and integrate findings into ongoing brand strategies.
              • Collaborate with Customer Support to ensure consistent brand representation in all customer interactions and after-sales support.
              • Liaise with Web Development teams to maintain brand consistency across digital platforms and e-commerce touchpoints.
              • Manage outsourced creatives to guarantee aligned deliverables, cohesive messaging, and adherence to brand guidelines.

              Continuous Improvement

                • Keep the marketing mix strategy current by analyzing ongoing market trends, competitor movements, and internal performance metrics.
                • Leverage data from the website, ads, warehouse, and fulfillment operations to inform and refine branding and campaign strategies.
                • Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving consumer behaviors to refine branding strategies.
                • Identify process efficiencies and improvements to optimize workflow, communication, and documentation.
                • Encourage a culture of innovation, quality, and collaboration within the agency.

                Qualifications

                • Experience in brand management, account management, or a related role within a marketing or advertising agency.
                • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
                • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market and performance data (website, ads, warehouse, fulfillment, etc.) to inform decisions.
                • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
                • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
                • Proactive, solution-oriented approach and a willingness to take initiative.
                • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and e-commerce ecosystems is preferred.
