Internship Overview

We are offering a structured Brand Manager Internship for senior students who are interested in understanding how brands are built, analyzed, and managed inside a digital marketing agency.

This internship is designed to provide real exposure to brand strategy, campaign planning, cross-department coordination, and data-driven decision-making.

This is not a shadow-only internship — interns will work on real brands under supervision.

  • Understanding client briefs and brand objectives

2️⃣ Research & Brand Brief Creation

  • Conducting competitor analysis
  • Studying consumer behavior & target audience
  • Supporting marketing mix research (Product, Price, Place, Promotion)
  • Assisting in drafting brand briefs with strategic insights

3️⃣ Campaign Planning Support

  • Assisting in preparing campaign briefs
  • Understanding how KPIs are set
  • Learning how creative, performance, and moderation align
  • Observing campaign execution workflows

4️⃣ Cross-Department Exposure

You will interact with:

  • Creative Team

  • Web Development

You’ll understand how a brand manager coordinates all departments.

5️⃣ Brand Documentation & Organization

  • Learning how to document brand guidelines
  • Creating simple FAQ sheets
  • Organizing brand assets
  • Structuring internal brand folders

6️⃣ Performance & Optimization Basics

  • Understanding basic ad metrics
  • Reading performance reports
  • Observing how optimization decisions are made
  • Connecting marketing efforts to business results

👤 Ideal Candidate

  • Senior student (Management, Marketing, Business, or related field)
  • Analytical mindset
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interested in strategy and brand building
  • Willing to learn and take initiative

No prior agency experience required — but curiosity and commitment are essential.
