As a Sales/Marketer Agent at Azad, you play a pivotal role in promoting our brand across digital platforms and attracting clients globally. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales by bringing in new clients, closing deals, and fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Marketing and Client Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Azad and attract clients from around the world.
  • Utilize various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach target audiences and
    generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Take the lead in identifying potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
  • Attend conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings to showcase Azad’s services and capabilities.
  • Actively engage with prospects, build relationships, and close deals to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take initiatives to enhance communication and streamline processes to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their needs.
  1. Sales and Marketing Performance Tracking:
    • Track and analyze sales and marketing efforts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to develop strategies for optimizing sales and marketing processes.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on sales and marketing metrics to senior leadership.

      Key Requirements

      • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles, preferably in a digital agency or similar industry.
      • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, with hands-on experience in executing campaigns across
        various platforms.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
      • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

      • Sales revenue generated.
