Overview


As a Senior Graphic Designer at Azad, you will lead the creative direction and execution of visual design projects, playing a crucial role in delivering impactful and innovative solutions for our clients. This position is ideal for an experienced designer with a proven track record of excellence in design, leadership, and strategic thinking.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of visual design concepts across various print and digital media
    channels, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to understand project requirements, establish creative briefs, and
    develop design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth and development while maintaining a
    collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Lead design presentations and client pitches, effectively communicating design concepts, rationale, and value propositions to
    clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the production of design assets, working closely with vendors, printers, and other external partners to ensure quality and
    accuracy in final deliverables.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into
    design projects to drive innovation and creativity.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
    constraints.
    Key Requirements
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members and effectively collaborate with
    clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering creative solutions that drive results and meet client
    objectives.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality design work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
