Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience demographics.
  • Negotiate media buys, including rates, placements, and added value opportunities, to maximize client budgets and achieve
    campaign goals.
  • Oversee the execution of media plans across multiple channels, including traditional, digital, social, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize media buys for reach, frequency, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead vendor relationships and partnerships, negotiating favorable terms and securing exclusive opportunities for clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior media buyers, providing training, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging media platforms, and advertising technologies, recommending innovative solutions to
    clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure integrated campaign
    execution and seamless client experiences.

Key Requirements

  • Expertise in negotiating media buys across various channels, including traditional, digital, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in media planning tools and software (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, Mediaocean).
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex media strategies to clients and internal
    stakeholders.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and drive results.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of media trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
